MBYBC goes to the Topper World Championship
On September the 21st 37 boats from the MBYBC took part in the Bartsbash, the biggest regatta ever. The Bartsbash was held to commemorate Andrew Simpson who died in a tragic yachting accident. This race had approximately 19 000 sailors taking part all over the globe. The wind and sea conditions were perfect for racing and a wonderful day was had by competitors and spectators alike.
Our thanks go to Elfie Holden and everybody who assisted to make this such a big success at the MBYBC. Also a word of thanks to the Bartsbash team for their tireless efforts. For more info go to www.bartsbash.co.uk
